Company Experience and Portfolio Description
With a deep foundation in managing complex, high-impact projects and product development across the automotive and telecommunications sectors, our experience portfolio highlights over a decade of agile leadership, strategic project management, and supplier coordination.
Project Management and Product Ownership
We have managed projects ranging from 1 MSEK to 15 MSEK, focusing on maximizing
product quality and delivering value to customers through structured project
organization and optimized team alignment. We have established and managed
project workflows to support continuous improvement and responsive adaptation
to customer needs.
Automotive Software Development and Integration
In the automotive industry, we have taken on significant roles as Product
Owners for Volvo Car’s software and hardware products. Our work has
included:
Overseeing supplier-sourced software for the Telematics and Connectivity Antenna Module (TCAM), defining and managing supplier product backlogs, and coordinating comprehensive software release processes (both supplier and in-house software).
Leading Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) initiatives, where we have managed ultrasonic parking assistance systems, coordinated supplier onboarding from RFQ through contract finalization, and planned early stages of software integration for next-generation platforms.
Telecom Product Development and Agile Coaching
At Ericsson, we have demonstrated strong competence in product ownership within
the Policy and Charging Gateway (PGW) and Serving Gateway (SGW) areas. We have
translated customer requirements into actionable user stories, facilitated
communication among teams, and coached team members in agile methodologies.
This has enabled alignment across product management, development, and
stakeholders, contributing to efficient product development cycles and cohesive
team dynamics.
Leadership and Strategic Development
In a management role, we have provided career coaching and developmental
support for direct reports while facilitating organizational evolution. We have
driven the establishment of Developer Forums, supported future capability
planning, and managed a strategic competency transfer between global locations
(Gothenburg to Shanghai), ensuring knowledge continuity and fostering global
collaboration.
Additional Roles and International Coordination
We have also held roles such as a customer service advisor, providing critical
decision-making support for customer inquiries and refunds. Additionally, as
President of the Chalmers International Reception Committee, we have organized
large-scale reception activities and support services for over 600
international students annually, showcasing our capacity for large event
planning, stakeholder coordination, and intercultural communication.
